So erreichen Sie eine ausreichende Mineralstoffzufuhr:

  • Essen Sie 5 Portionen Gemüse, Salat oder Obst pro Tag (3 Portionen Gemüse oder Salat und 2 Portionen Obst).
  • Bevorzugen Sie Vollkornprodukte, da diese mehr Mineralstoffe, Spurenelemente und Ballaststoffe enthalten als raffinierte Produkte. Achtung: nicht jedes dunkle Brot oder Brot mit Körnern ist ein Vollkornbrot. Vollkorn ist es nur dann, wenn es auch als solches deklariert ist.
  • Essen Sie abwechslungsreich, ausgewogen und saisonal. Je bunter, desto besser!
  • Verwenden Sie frische Kräuter zum Würzen der Gerichte.
  • Tierische Produkte sind reich an Eisen, Zink, Selen und anderen Spurenelementen. Verzehren Sie abwechselnd Fisch, Fleisch, Eier und Milchprodukte. Überschreiten Sie jedoch die Empfehlungen für Fleisch und Wurstwaren nicht (max. 3 Portionen pro Woche)
