Tipps um Vitamine gut zu erhalten!

Vitamine sind empfindlich gegenüber Licht, Sauerstoff und Hitze. Wasserlösliche Vitamine können beim Waschen oder Kochen verloren gehen. Deshalb ist eine schonende Behandlung und Zubereitung von vitaminreichen Obst und Gemüse wichtig.

  1. Lebensmittel nur kurz aufbewahren und kühlen. Am besten dunkel und richtig verpackt lagern.
  2. Obst, Gemüse und Salat erst kurz vor dem Verzehr zubereiten.
  3. Salat unter fließendem Wasser waschen und nicht wässern!
  4. Bevorzugen Sie Dünsten und Dämpfen (wasserlösliche Vitamine gehen so nicht verloren).
  5. Halten Sie die Kochzeit so gering wie möglich.
  6. Verwenden Sie saisonales Obst und Gemüse aus der Region!
