Unser Rezept der Woche!

Miesmuscheln "buzara"


1) Pro Person (Portion) ca. 700-800g Muscheln.

2) Pro Portion 2 Knoblauchzehen und eine Zwiebel klein schneiden und in einem Topf in Olivenöl anbraten.

3) 50g Semmelbrösel in den Topf geben und ebenfalls anschwitzen.

4) Das Ganze mit etwas Weißwein ablöschen.

5) Die Muscheln hinzufügen und mit etwas Gemüsebrühe (150-200ml) aufgießen.

6) Die Muscheln ca. 15 Minuten leicht köcheln lassen.

7) Zum Schluss frische, gehackte Petersilie hinzufügen und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
