
selbst gemachte Sushi und Maki
Zutaten für 4 Personen
300g Rundkornreis
ca. 250g Lachs
2 EL Reisessig
Wasabi
1) Den gewaschenen Reis mit der doppelten Menge an Wasser aufkochen und für ca. 20 Minuten fertig garen lassen.
2) Den Reisessig mit 1EL Zucker und 1 EL Salz aufkochen und auskühlen lassen. Im Anschluss den Essig mit dem Reis vermischen und den Reis gut auskühlen lassen.
3) Mit angefeuchteten Händen ca. 2 EL Sushireis zu Klößen formen, diese gut zusammen drücken.
4) Den Reis mit etwas Wasabi und den in feine Streifen geschnittenen Lachs belegen.
